Do you visit all parts of Menorca?
Yes, appointments are available in all parts of the island.

Can I book you on Sunday?
Yes, appointments are available 7 days a week, all year round, although weekends are popular so please book as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

Is there a minimum spend per visit?
The minimum spend per visit is just 20€.

Do I need to provide towels or any other equipment when you visit?
No, everything is provided from massage bed to towels and foot spa to nail files!

What qualifications do you hold / are you insured?
Internationally recognised I.H.B.C. (International Health & Beauty Council) and I.I.H.H.T. (International Institute of Health & Holistic Therapies). It goes without saying that all treatments are fully insured.

How can I pay for treatments?
All major credit and debit cards are accepted including Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro & 4B. You can of course also pay by cash, both Euros and Sterling are accepted. Please note that a good mobile signal is required if you wish to pay by card. Cheques are not accepted.

I am getting married, do you offer any special wedding packages?
Yes, various options are available. Please get in touch for more details and I'd be delighted to discuss these with you.

We are a group and would like to book you for a pamper party - is this possible?
Yes, for groups of 8 or more special packages are available. A small deposit is required in advance which can be paid securely online using your credit or debit card. Please give as much notice as possible.

I'll be arriving in Menorca shortly for a holiday. Can you visit me at my holiday villa?
Yes of course. Please book your appointment before leaving home to avoid disappointment.

I'm staying at a hotel which does not offer health and beauty treatments - can you visit me?
In many cases, yes. We have arrangements with several hotels on the island. Please get in touch for more details.

I would like to book a treatment for my partner / friend / colleague. Do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes, please visit the boutique to purchase gift vouchers online with your credit or debit card for free delivery within Spain and the UK (when you spend 25€). Alternatively, you can pay cash on delivery if you are in Menorca. Gift vouchers are available in denominations of 1, 5, 10, 20 and 50€.

What is your cancellation policy?
Should you wish to reschedule, amend or cancel an appointment, please call (+34) 646 397 837 giving as much notice as possible so that the time can be utilised by another customer. If you are unable to provide at least 24 hours advance notice of such a change, a fee will be charged. This is currently the greater of 20€ or 50% of the total cost of all the treatments booked. You may cancel your appointment by leaving a message on the answer machine - please note we will always call you back to confirm we have received your instructions.
