Contract
When you place an order to purchase a product from BeautybyAnya.com, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order (this is generated automatically from Paypal). Your order represents an offer to purchase a product which is accepted when an email confirmation is sent to you stating that your ordered product(s) have been dispatched. Any products on the same order which have not been confirmed in this email do not form part of that contract.

Returns policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund (excluding postage and packaging costs) provided:
- The product is returned unopened and it is in its original condition (including the packaging)
- You use the contact form to state which item(s) you wish to return and the reason within 7 days of receipt. You will then receive a return address and code.
- You pay the cost of delivery for the return of the item to Spain. It is recommended that you use a certified and insured method of postage as Beauty by Anya can not be held responsible for loss or damage of the product(s) in transit.
Gift vouchers and Spa experience vouchers are exempt – these items are not refundable.
If your product is defective or damaged, please report this as soon as possible after receipt, but no later than 30 days. In this situation, you may choose to return the item and receive a full refund (including postage costs if applicable) or return the item and have a replacement product dispatched at no extra cost.
Please also report defective or damaged products via the contact form giving full details of the problem.
When a refund has been requested, this will be processed promptly but no later than 30 days from the date your returned product is received back. Refund payments will be made by the same method as the original purchase.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Pricing and availability
Great care is taken to ensure that prices and delivery estimates are accurate. In the unlikely event that a product is discovered to be incorrectly priced during the dispatch process, the following process will be followed.
If a product's correct price is lower than the stated price, the lower amount will be charged to you automatically. If a product's correct price is higher than the stated price, you will be contacted and given the option to cancel your order or pay the correct price.
Please note that delivery estimates are just that. They are not guaranteed delivery times and should not be relied upon as such. As your order is processed, you will be informed by email if any products you order turn out to be unavailable.

Delivery information
Standard delivery is free of charge for purchases of 25,00€ or more. For orders under this amount a delivery charge of 3,50€ is applicable. This charge is levied automatically at the check out when applicable. Should you require urgent delivery or a specific method of dispatch, please contact us with details for a customised delivery estimate.
If you would like to order products to be delivered to a country other than Spain or the UK, please contact us for a delivery estimate before placing your order.

Customs
When ordering goods from Beauty by Anya for delivery outside Spain, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you as Beauty by Anya has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.
Additionally, please note that when ordering from this website, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
International customers and customers dispatching products internationally should be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

Events beyond the reasonable control of Beauty by Anya
Beauty by Anya will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond the reasonable control of Beauty by Anya.

Information related to the purchase of Spa Experience vouchers
The following additional information is applicable to the purchase of experience vouchers only.
The reverse of the gift box contains full details and instructions on the treatments available and how to make an appointment.
Holders can select 3 treatments in total. 2 treatments from List A and 1 treatment from List B.

All appointments are subject to availability. Upon receipt of your delivery, please check your order carefully and report any discrepancies as soon as possible via the contact form. Your vouchers should arrive in perfect condition. If they have been damaged in transit, please also report this as soon as possible so that a replacement can be sent to you free of charge.
Care should be taken with all vouchers as torn, damaged or defaced vouchers may not be accepted. Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.
Please be advised that each appointment begins with a consultation to discuss the best treatment to suit your needs and a short health declaration. There are some medical circumstances where certain treatments are not advised. If in any doubt, please consult your doctor.
All treatments are carried out in the holders’ accommodation which can be any location in Menorca. Spa Experience vouchers have no expiry date.

Information related to the purchase of Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are available in denominations of 1, 5, 10, 20 and 50€ and can be redeemed against the cost of treatments or products from this website.
All gift vouchers are non refundable, either in full or part, when the cost of a treatment or product is less than the value of the voucher, change will only be given in the form of gift vouchers to redeemed off a future purchase. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
All appointments are subject to availability. Upon receipt of your delivery, please check your order carefully and report any discrepancies as soon as possible via the contact form. Your vouchers should arrive in perfect condition. If they have been damaged in transit, please also report this as soon as possible so that a replacement can be sent to you free of charge.

Cancellation policy
Should you wish to reschedule, amend or cancel an appointment, please call (+34) 646 397 837 giving as much notice as possible so that the time can be utilised by another customer. If you are unable to provide at least 24 hours advance notice of such a change, a fee will be charged. This is currently the greater of 20€ or 50% of the total cost of all the treatments booked. You may cancel your appointment by leaving a message on the answer machine - please note we will always call you back to confirm we have received your instructions.

Large or group bookings
For large or group bookings, you may be asked to pay a small deposit to secure your first appointment. This is fully refundable in accordance with the cancellation policy above.

Appointment location
Visits can be made to any location in Menorca, however, due to the amount of equipment required for some treatments, we regret that visits can not be made to flats above the 1st floor unless a lift is available. Suitable parking will also be required close to your location. If in any doubt, please enquire at the time of making your appointment. Appointments which need to be abandoned due to the location not meeting these requirements will be charged in accordance with the cancellation policy.

* Payment by credit and debit cards can not be carried out in areas where there is no or little mobile phone coverage. If in doubt, please ensure you have

At the discretion of Beauty by Anya, you may be asked to pay in advance for your treatment.
